Levels of Care
 Skilled Care
Our comprehensive skilled nursing and rehabilitation programs offer services designed to help residents recover from a recent illness or injury. Sub-Acute is provided to bridge the transition from hospital to home. The majority of our residents admitted for skilled care return to the community. Skilled care is individually designed to meet resident needs. Family members are considered important participants in care planning, goal setting and discharge planning. Our Case Management program ensures monitoring of progress and coordination of our Interdisciplinary Team.

Long Term Care
Full-time personal care is provided to support the need for assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing), medication administration, special diets and 24-hour supervision by a licensed staff.
Special Care Unit/Alzheimer's
Specialized Care is provided by dedicated caregivers who are specifically trained to work with residents with dementia-related illnesses. Residents live in a safe, supervised environment and benefit from activities designed to stimulate social and mental abilities. Activities are provided throughout the day until 8:30 p.m. and are designed to enrich their quality of life, reduce anxiety, and provide mental stimulation.
Respite Care
Short term stays give family members options for daily support, vacations and emergencies. With a few preliminaries, your loved one can check into our beautiful, homey facility and receive individualized 24-hour nursing care. You'll have the peace of mind knowing that our nursing professionals are giving superior care and following all doctor's orders.
